I work as a consultant through my CPA firm Besa Consulting Inc. As a consultant I work with small to medium size businesses helping them in areas of accounting, taxation, finance and business management. My services include compiling financial statements, preparing tax returns and performing reviews of my clients' financial statements. I also help businesses that need bookkeeping services.
Overall I work with businesses as an extension of their organization providing services that would normally be performed by the finance department if the business had such a department in-house.
In addition to working with small to medium sized businesses, I also help individuals with their personal taxes or attending to questions they may have in finance.
I am expanding my consulting business to include Governance Services.
I sit on various boards as a director and I am the current President of The Governance Institute of Canada.
