Troy is an internationally chartered corporate governance professional who has worked across Australia for over twenty years assisting ASX and TSX listed, Not For Profit and Private companies in a variety of roles including: chair, non-executive director, executive director, chief financial officer, company secretary, corporate governance consultant and management consultant. Troy is a Past Chair Western Australia State Council at Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) having served two consecutive terms as Chair and has taught postgraduate and certificated courses in corporate governance throughout Western Australia. Troy has also facilitated corporate governance courses in Malaysia and is a Past Vice President at Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Perth Chapter, Western Australia.
As a founding member representing GIA (the Australian Division) of the Chartered Governance Institute eCommunity Steering Group, Troy was the first to achieve MVP (Most Valued Professional) for this international platform.
Troy was chosen as one of ten distinguished alumni to represent UniSA Business School (University of South Australia) during its international EQUIS Re-accreditation; and whilst a member of the UniSA Business Career Mentor Program Troy mentored students at Masters Degree and Bachelors Degree level.
Troy’s role supports and promotes the ethical conduct of business, governance, compliance and risk oversight to each and every business, regardless of size. Troy’s extensive industry wide experience is further demonstrated having been the recipient of Australian national awards in management, training and academic achievement.
