Bio

Trisha brings significant expertise in corporate governance, legal and regulatory, mergers and acquisitions and strategic leadership to her roles. She is passionate about the arts and music, corporate governance, digital media, education and natural medicine.

In August 2019, Trisha was appointed to the Board of Directors and Board Advisory Committee of Australia’s leading youth services organisation, yourtown (formerly BoysTown) which recently reached a milestone of raising over A$100m in funds to provide services to disadvantaged and marginalised youth.

Trisha was also the first Board appointed independent non-executive director of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society Ltd, a professional association representing over 10,000 natural medicine practitioners in 2017 and was promoted to Vice President in January 2020. She is also a member of the Finance, Audit and Compliance, Marketing and Regulatory Committees.

Trisha is a Past President and served as a non-executive director of Governance Institute of Australia Limited for a decade. She was also a member and the Chair of the Chant Legacy Committee. The Chant Legacy Scholarship provides funding for students seeking to undertake postgraduate study in the area of governance. Trisha is a Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
