Ken is a Partner at PKF where he has recently been appointed Joint Head of Audit & Assurance across Australia & New Zealand. He leads the firm’s efforts across Australia in internal audit and corporate governance and sits on PKF’s Global Risk Advisory Committee.
Ken holds an MBA where he focused on Corporate Governance and Board Performance and Director Induction matters and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, where he serves as a Chair of the Institute's Victorian State Council and as an active contributor to its National Legislation Review Committee.
